Yes, we do offer 24-hour tow service.

How long does it usually take for a tow truck to arrive?

Tow truck arrival times vary depending on location and traffic, but we aim to arrive as quickly as possible, typically within 30 to 60 minutes.

Can you tow all vehicle types (cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs)?

Yes, we can tow all types of vehicles, including trucks, cars, equipment, motorcycles, boats, and 20 ft containers, etc.

Pricing & Payment

How much does towing cost?

Towing cost depends on pickup location and distance to the drop-off, type of vehicle, service needed, and most of all, the time of day it needs to be completed.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. 8% credit card processing fee, Plus state tax apply.

Is there a fee for after-hours or holiday service?

We do have a minimum charge for after-hours and holiday service (depending on the scope of work).

Do you provide upfront estimates before towing?

Yes, we provide upfront estimates before towing, so you know the cost before we start.

Roadside Assistance

Do you offer roadside assistance in addition to towing?

Yes, we do offer roadside assistance.

Can you help with flat tires, jump-starts, or lockouts?

Yes. Part of our roadside assistance at LTR Services consists of flat tire change (in which your spare tire from your vehicle is removed and changed out with the disabled tire on the vehicle), we also offer jump start and lockout services.

Do you deliver fuel if I run out of gas?

Yes, we provide fuel when needed. Additional field charges may apply.

Can you tow my vehicle to a repair shop of my choice?

Yes, we can tow your vehicle to any repair shop of your choice.

Is my car safe during the towing process?

Yes, your vehicle is fully secured and handled with care throughout the towing process.

Do I need to be present when my car is towed?

No, you don’t need to be present. We can tow your vehicle safely with your authorization. Being there is optional and can give extra peace of mind.

Can you tow vehicles from private property or accident scenes?

Yes, LTR Services can tow from accident scenes and private property. Accident tows are handled safely and quickly, and private property tows require authorization from the property owner or manager. 

What equipment do you use for towing?

 LTR Services offers Flatbed and wheel lift equipment to tow vehicles safely and efficiently.

Can you tow all-wheel-drive or electric vehicles?

Yes, LTR Services can tow all-wheel drive and electric vehicles. We use flatbed towing to ensure they’re transported safely without damage.

Insurance & Coverage

Does my insurance cover your towing services?

We do not accept direct insurance payments, so coverage depends on your policy. You can submit your invoice to your insurance company for “potential reimbursement.”

Can you bill directly to my insurance company?

No, we cannot bill your insurance company directly; you’ll need to pay us at the time of service and can submit an invoice to your insurance for reimbursement.

Do you work with roadside assistance programs like AAA?

No, we do not bill or work directly with roadside insurance programs like AAA. You’ll need to pay at the time of service and can submit the invoice to your provider for reimbursement.

Special Services

Do you offer heavy-duty towing for trucks or commercial vehicles?

No, we do not offer heavy-duty towing. We provide light-duty and medium-duty towing for certain commercial vehicles, SUVs, and smaller trucks.

Can you tow classic, luxury, or low-clearance vehicles?

Yes, we can tow classic luxury or low-clearance vehicles using specialized equipment to ensure safe transport.

Do you provide winching or recovery services for stuck vehicles?

Yes, we provide winching and recovery services for stuck or disabled vehicles.

Can you transport vehicles between locations (not just emergencies)?

Yes, we can transport vehicles between locations, not just for emergencies.
